Range is a sole proprietorship operated by Jose Luis Martinez in Grand Junction, Colorado. This policy explains what this website collects, what the services collect when you become a client, why we hold it, who can access it, and how to get it corrected or deleted.
Items in square brackets are placeholders Range must confirm or complete. Nothing on this page describes a service as in use before it is actually connected.
What the contact form collects
When you submit the contact form, we receive:
- Your name and email address.
- Your business name and type of business.
- The package you selected, and what kind of project you're looking for.
- Your current website, if you choose to share it (optional).
- Your project details.
- Whether you ticked the optional marketing box.
- The date and time you submitted the form.
The form doesn't ask for a phone number, payment details, or anything else. Please don't send sensitive information — financial, medical, or identity documents — in the project details field.
Like any website, our hosting platform also handles standard technical information (IP address, browser and device type) in order to serve pages. We use it in aggregate to keep the site working, not to identify individual visitors.
Information collected when you become a client
If you go ahead with a project, we collect what is needed to build and run the service you bought:
- Business details: legal business name, services, service area, and contact details for the project.
- Content you supply: logos, photographs, service descriptions, and page text.
- Access details needed to do the work, such as domain or hosting account access.
- Administrative records: the signed proposal, service agreement, invoices and payment records.
- For CRM packages, the names and email addresses of the team members you ask us to set up, and a billing contact.
Please only share credentials through the method we agree for the project, and do not send passwords for unrelated accounts.
Information stored in CRM accounts
For businesses on Contractor Growth or Contractor Lead System, the CRM workspace holds the business's own records: inquiries, contacts, pipeline stages, notes, follow-up tasks, and the activity history of authorized team members.
That information belongs to the business that owns the workspace. Each contractor owns their own CRM business records, workspaces are separated at the organization level, and one contractor's records are never shown to another. Range does not sell or rent them. Where a business enters information about its own customers, that business remains responsible for having a lawful basis to hold and use it.
After cancellation, a client can request an export of their CRM data for 30 days. Remaining client CRM data is deleted within 60 days after cancellation, except information that must be kept for legitimate legal, tax, security or business record purposes.
Payment information
This website does not take payments and does not collect card details. Range invoices manually: invoices are issued by email and tracked in a private admin area, and payment is arranged directly with you.
Payment records hold the invoice number, description, amount, tax (where a tax applies), issue and due dates, payment status, the date a payment was recorded, the method used (ACH transfer or check) and a reference such as a check number. Range does not collect or store bank account numbers, routing numbers, or card numbers, and asks that you never send them by email. ACH transfers and checks are verified by hand at Range's bank before a payment is marked as received.
If a payment provider is added in future, this page will be updated before it goes live, and no card payments are processed today.
Why we use it
Your details are used to reply to your enquiry, discuss and quote your project, deliver the package you bought, operate the systems included in it, invoice for the work, and keep a record of what we've agreed together.
Marketing email is separate. It only happens if you tick the optional box on the form, it is never preselected, and ticking it has no effect on your enquiry. You can opt out at any time.
Marketing consent and opt-outs
Ticking the marketing box is optional and is not a condition of getting a quote, a reply, or service. If you opt in, you can opt out of any marketing email using the unsubscribe link it contains, or by emailing us. Opting out of marketing never affects service messages about a project you have with us.
Where Range sends messages on a client's behalf through an automation, the client is responsible for the consent behind those messages and for honoring opt-outs from their own customers.
Who can access it
- Enquiries submitted through this site are visible only to the Range admin account — not to other visitors.
- Client project records are held by Range for the purpose of delivering and billing the work.
- CRM records are visible to the authorized team members of the business that owns the workspace, and to Range only where support access is needed and agreed for troubleshooting.
- Our service providers process data on our behalf as described below.
Service providers that process data
These are the providers actually used today:
- Base44 — hosts this website, stores the enquiry database, serves site images, and sends the notification email that tells Range a new enquiry has arrived.
- Google Fonts — the site's typefaces (Inter and Manrope) are loaded from Google's servers, which receive the IP address and browser details of anyone loading a page. Google Fonts sets no cookies for this use.
- Our email provider — for correspondence about enquiries and projects, and for marketing email to anyone who opted in.
When card payments are enabled, the payment provider will be added to this list before any payment is taken. Other tools may be added as the services grow; this page is updated first.
We don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't share it for advertising. Where a provider processes data for us, it does so to deliver that service, and it may store data outside Colorado.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. If you've opted in to marketing, we keep your name and email for that purpose until you unsubscribe.
Client project records, agreements and invoices are kept for as long as the service is active and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require. CRM records are kept while the workspace is active; after cancellation you can request an export, and the workspace is then deleted. [Placeholder: CRM export and deletion period after cancellation.]
You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, and we'll do it promptly unless we're required to keep a record for work already delivered or invoiced.
What happens to client data after cancellation
When a service ends, access to the website management tools and the CRM workspace ends. We will provide an export of the records you need on request during the cancellation period, and then delete the workspace records after the period above. Records we must keep for tax or legal reasons — invoices, agreements, payment history — are retained for as long as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop marketing email at any time. Email range@altmail.kr and we'll respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as the Colorado Privacy Act. We'll honor reasonable requests regardless of where you're writing from, and we won't treat a request as a reason to stop talking about your project.
How data is protected
Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection and are stored in an access-controlled database that only the Range admin account can read. CRM workspaces are private to each business, and access is limited to the users that business authorizes. We keep access limited and don't copy enquiry data anywhere it isn't needed.
No system is perfectly secure, and Range does not hold security certifications. This is a deliberately small amount of data to protect, and access to it is kept narrow.
Children's privacy
This site and these services are intended for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Material changes affecting enquiries or projects already in progress will be raised with you directly.
